They approached us to resolve the challenge of attracting more relevant, large-scale business-to-business leads, as their existing website was generating a high number of low-volume retail inquiries.  
  
We were tasked with transforming their online platform to effectively target and convert high-volume laser cutting and engraving prospects, all while streamlining user engagement and preserving the brand’s identity.
